Nkungwe Tented Camp

The Nkungwe Tented Camp is located on a long stretch of Lake Tanganyika’s golden sandy shores, beneath the magnificent Mahale Mountains. Near the ranger post, the camp is situated between Kasiha and Sinsiba streams.

Nkungwe Tented Camp was built for comfort and relaxation - cushioned beds, cozy lazy chairs (Uvivu) overlooking the lake, and a lavishly furnished lounge. Relax to nature's orchestra of the calls of the chimpanzees and birds and the sounds of beetles and crickets.
